Shashank Sapre is the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He is the member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has around 35 years of experience in the field of raising of finance, private equity, company secretarial matters and treasury operations.

He has worked in senior positions with well-known companies belonging to reputed Indian conglomerates - Tatas, Mahindras and Kirloskars. His role is to understand client requirements and integrate them with the group's execution capabilities.

Manodnya Sapre has around 5 years of experience in the field of project finance, debt & equity funding, project cash flows and foreign trade transactions. He holds the dual MBA degree in Finance and Foreign Trade from the ICFAI University, Hyderabad.

He looks after preparation of business plans, financial projections, valuation reports, due diligence with banks, documentation and overall business development of the Company.

He has worked for over 37 years in the field of banking and finance.

He is a specialist in Retail /institutional finance and fund mobilization. Formerly a key leader at Citi Bank AVP and Bussan Auto Finance GM, he has a proven history of driving growth and managing 120+ crore portfolios for firms like Kinetic Green EV company Ltd and Apple industries ltd Finance as GM.

He looks after all the marketing activities of the Company and project execution and documentation, due diligence with banks and institutions.

Shashank Banawali handles all our Mumbai operations. He has around 10 years of experience in private equity markets and has worked with Companies like Reliance Capital and Barclays Finance.

Jinisha Jagtap is a BBA graduate in International Business from MIT World Peace University, Pune, with experience in operations, vendor management, and business strategy. She has worked with Coforge along with the client British Petroleum on large-scale digital transformation projects.

She looks after marketing activities of the Company and assists in the project execution and documentation, due diligence with banks and institutions.
